Key Responsibilities
- Lead the commercialization of the Autocoding software across Belgian hospitals
- Define and execute the local market strategy
- Identify customer needs and deliver tailored product demonstrations
- Support customers during implementation, onboarding, and follow-up
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, with relevant professional experience
- Experience in the medical field, ideally within healthcare IT or health information systems
- Strong sales experience combined with a customer-focused mindset
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English
- Valid driver’s license
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree (Healthcare, Business, or related field)
- Medical background (e.g. xqknzec physician, nurse, pharmacist)
- Knowledge of ICD‑10, hospital coding, and DRG systems
Practical Information
- Belgium-based role
- Hybrid working model: 1–2 days per week at the Diegem office
- Up to 60% travel within Belgium
